About Us

Cardosi and Cardosi Inc. was founded in 1977 as a part of their broad spectrum of Real Estate related services; C & C Property Management was born in 1980. The first ten years were dedicated to the management of tenant occupied homes on behalf of their investor/owners. In 1990, we started managing Homeowners’ Associations as well. For the past fifteen + years, Association Management has grown to become over 80% of our overall business.

Having said that, we are still a small, family-based business. We are based in Vacaville and are dedicated exclusively to Solano County. Our central focus has always been, and continues to be providing superior service to our customers. We define “Customers” as everyone who lives in your Community.

We provide a variety of services which you will receive from any company you engage with. These are outlined on the accompanying pages. What makes us different is the relationship and level of commitment I personally strive to develop with every homeowner and Director.

If you decide to engage with us, you will find that I take this business very seriously. I personally handle all direct communications with Board members. I am available after hours and on weekends by cell phone and email. My family has worked very hard to establish this company as a local leader in the industry and I intend to continue that legacy indefinitely.
